Maximize the Efficiency of Your Facility with Duralec LED High Bay Lights

High bay lights are used in various industrial applications, including manufacturing plants, factories, gymnasiums, or facilities with ceilings as high as 20-40 feet. Typical high bay lighting includes metal halide and fluorescent bulbs which require a lot of energy to produce light, costs more money to maintain, and have a relatively short lifespan. Most industrial lights are housed in galvanized steel, which lacks heat sink properties, causing bulbs to overheat and fail and warm up the space.

By using less energy to produce the same amount of light, Duralec's industrial high bay LED lights help reduce your overall energy costs. In addition, these LED high bay fixtures are housed in aviation-grade aluminum, which has exceptional heat sink properties (absorbing heat and dissipating it), protecting the circuitry and LEDs. All Intrinsix High Bay Lights brought to you by Duralec, emit very little heat, keeping your facility cooler, thereby reducing air conditioning costs.

Why Intrinsix LED High Bay Lights

Intrinsix High Bay Lights brought to you by Duralec are certified and listed by the DLC as energy-efficient and cost-effective commercial lighting.

  • Bright at 5000K color temperature resembling daylight for optimal illumination, increased security, safety, and productivity.
  • Engineered to have exceptional heat dissipation properties.
  • Dimmable for lowered energy consumption in places with access to natural light during the day.
  • Daylight Harvesting Sensor determines the amount of natural light available and adjusts the light distribution.
  • Occupancy Sensor determines if there are occupants in the area - whether there is significant movement or not.
  • Optional Motion PIR Sensor turns off the fixture in empty spaces and turns it on when movement and heat are detected (unaffected by gusts of wind).
  • Optional Emergency Backup Battery provides 90 minutes of light during power outages to help the occupants find their way through the aisles and out of the facility.
  • 2835 SMD LED technology for the same energy input and more lumen output.
  • 3 types of high bay lights for high-altitude spaces and spaces with or without access to natural light.
  • Follows DLC NLC5 standards for lighting control systems.

Bay Lights for High Altitude Facilities

Linear LED High Bay Lights are ideal for high-altitude installations namely warehouses, manufacturing facilities, factories, gymnasiums, and even hangars.

  • Excellent anti-glare. Perfect as a work light for broad areas.
  • 130lm/w output
  • From 110W to 320W
  • Includes V-hook for easy mounting. Optional pendant mounting and surface mounting kit available.
  • Optional Motion PIR Sensor and Emergency Backup Battery.

Bay Lights for Facilities with Little to No Natural Light

Duralec UFO Round LED High Bay Lights are ideal light sources for retail stores with high ceilings, workshops, storage areas, and displays.

  • Wide 120-degree beam angle. Perfect as a task light for areas that require focused lighting.
  • 150lm/w output (equivalent to 600W halogen lamp)
  • From 100W to 120W
  • Includes built-in hook and 3-foot power cable.
  • Optional Motion PIR Sensor and Emergency Backup Battery.

Bay Lights for Facilities with Access to Natural Light

Duralec UFO Round LED High Bay with Daylight Harvesting and Occupancy Sensor is ideal for spaces with access to natural light such as athletic courts, greenhouses, and structures with glass panels, windows, or facilities with roof daylights.

  • Wide 120-degree beam angle. With a prismatic polycarbonate lens cover to focus light and prevent glare.
  • 130lm/w output
  • From 105W to 135W
  • Daylight Harvesting Sensor determines the amount of natural light during the day and adjusts the light distribution.
  • Occupancy Sensor determines if there are occupants in the area - whether there is significant movement or not.
  • Includes built-in hook and 3-foot power cable.
  • Optional Motion PIR Sensor and Emergency Backup Battery.

Advanced Lighting Controls

Intrinsix High Bay Lights adheres to DLC NLC5 requirements for efficient network lighting controls.

  • Manual on/off and dimming controls - various wall switches and controllers are offered for manual control of a group of lights in a wired network in a room or area.
  • Occupancy-based on/off and dimming control - several fixtures have embedded occupancy sensors to turn lights on/off or adjust the amount of light based on the people present - whether or not there is movement.
  • Daylight-based on/off and dimming control - several fixtures have embedded photocell sensors for daylight harvesting to turn lights on/off or adjust the amount of light based on the amount of daylight available.
  • Motion-based on/off and dimming controls - a group of fixtures can be wired to one or more PIR motion sensors to turn lights on/off based on the movement in the area. With 360-degree coverage, a single sensor (installed in a corner or the center) is enough to control a group of lights on a wired network in a room or area.
  • Digital-panel on/off and dimming controls - Most LED lights are digital in nature, individually addressable/controllable, and can be connected to respond to wired or wireless digital light controls.
